This Privacy Policy explains how Cloud Solution Lyne ("we", "our", or "us"), operating the CostHub™ cloud financial management (FinOps) platform, collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you visit https://cloudslyne.com or use our software-as-a-service (SaaS) applications.

CostHub™ is a digital-only multi-cloud cost visibility and governance platform designed to help organizations monitor, analyze, and optimize their cloud infrastructure investments.

2. Information We Collect

We collect only the information necessary to provide, bill, and support the CostHub™ service:

• Account & Profile Details: Your account name, business email address, company name, phone number, and organization profile provided during registration or subscription setup.
• Cloud Telemetry & Billing Reports: Cloud resource metadata, usage reports, instance descriptors, service identifiers, and cost summaries retrieved via read-only integrations (such as AWS Cost and Usage Reports, Azure Cost Management, or Google Cloud Billing export) necessary to deliver CostHub™ analytics.
• Payment & Invoicing Records: Razorpay payment identifiers, transaction order IDs, payment dates, currency (INR or USD), invoice records, billing contact information, and applicable GST or tax registration details. Card numbers and sensitive payment credentials are processed directly by our PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway, Razorpay; we do not store customer card numbers or banking passwords.
• Technical & Security Metadata: IP addresses, audit log entries, browser user-agent data, and authentication event logs required to ensure tenant isolation, prevent fraud, and maintain service security.

3. How We Use Your Information

Collected information is utilized strictly for lawful business purposes related to service delivery:

• Generating CostHub™ analytics dashboards, cost trend forecasts, and resource rightsizing recommendations.
• Processing subscription orders, applying valid coupon codes, and issuing sequential GST-compliant tax invoices.
• Reconciling payment status, verifying transaction signatures, and managing subscription renewals, upgrades, and cancellations.
• Providing responsive technical customer support and operational notifications regarding platform updates or billing events.
• Enforcing organization-level access permissions, multi-factor authentication, and detecting security threats or unauthorized access attempts.

4. Service Providers & Necessary Data Sharing

We share information with third-party service providers only to the extent necessary to operate our infrastructure and deliver CostHub™:

• Payment Gateway (Razorpay): Transaction references, currency, order amounts, and billing identifiers are shared with Razorpay Software Private Limited to facilitate secure order creation, subscription processing, webhook reconciliations, and authorized refund execution.
• Cloud Hosting Infrastructure: Application servers, server-side environment configurations, and databases hosted on Google Cloud Platform / Firebase infrastructure governed by enterprise data processing terms.
• Communication Services: Transactional email dispatchers utilized to deliver invoice receipts, subscription status notices, and support replies.
• Legal Compliance: When required by applicable Indian law, court order, or regulatory authority to satisfy statutory tax, accounting, or audit obligations.

5. Cloud Connection Permissions & Credential Protection

Connecting cloud accounts to CostHub™ requires customer administrators to grant read-only access permissions (e.g., AWS IAM Role with Cost Explorer read access, Azure Service Principal with Reader permissions, or GCP Service Account for billing metrics).

Customers remain responsible for configuring access policies strictly according to our least-privilege documentation. Connection keys, role ARNs, and programmatic session tokens are stored securely in backend database configurations with tenant isolation and restricted administrative access.

6. Data Retention & Deletion Requests

We retain account data and cloud cost records for as long as your organization maintains an active subscription or account with CostHub™.

Following subscription cancellation or an explicit written request to our privacy contact, we will process the disconnection of cloud credentials and initiate deletion of tenant configuration records, subject to mandatory statutory retention requirements for financial invoices, tax compliance, and audit records under applicable Indian law.
